Apartment 3-Holy Family Apartment
All or part of Apartment 3, the sisters' former chapel, may be rented for daily functions or overnight accommodations. It consists of nine bedrooms with 2-3 beds in each room. The suite has three sitting areas with large easy chairs and inviting couches for small group meetings. Apartment 3 has a full kitchen and offers seating for eight. A separate dining room, that also seats ten, is available for meetings or meals. This area is located on the 3rd floor and may be accessed by an elevator.
History of Apartment 3
Apartment 3 initially was the Holy Family Chapel for St. Joseph's Noviciate who occupied the original building. The loft, which once served as the sisters' choir gallery, features sleeping for four, a skylight for stargazing, and a secluded lounge area. The domed alter space of the chapel, now a sitting area, is reminiscent of the French Cathedral of Le Puy-en-Velay. The parlor spaces in Apartment 3 make wonderful breakout area from larger general sessions, and for smaller private meetings.
203 and 204 Bedrooms
These bedrooms, on the second floor, have been set aside for day retreatants or for leaders who need a quiet area or breakout space. They are also used for overflow for groups larger than Apartment 3 can accommodate. Each room has two tall windows, three single beds and a desk. For overnight guests, there is a shower room across the hall. They are located on the 2nd floor just off the elevator.
History of 203 and 204
203 and 204 were dorm spaces for 3-4 novices. Presently, they are bedroom sleeping spaces for the retreat facility.
Additional Guest Room Information
- Guest rooms do not have televisions or wireless access. There is a computer in the guest room common area with internet access. There is a television in the guest room common area.
- There is a courtesy telephone in the hallway on every floor. Guest rooms do not have telephones.
- There is a kitchen area in Apartment 3. It has a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and stove. We ask that guests not cook large group meals in Apartment 3. Overnight Guests are able to bring in small meals, beverages and snacks.
- All rooms except for 1 are handicapped accessible.
- There are 2 shared bathrooms on the ends of the hallways. Both bathrooms have multiple stalls and showers
- Guest rooms have linens and towlels.

Single Guest Room - $40/person/night
Double/Triple Guest Room - $35/person/night
Individual Rooms Rentals:
Guest room reservations must be confirmed and held with a credit card. This card will not be charged. Payment is due upon check in. We accept Cash, Credit Card or Check. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before check in (3PM). If cancellation is made within 24 hours 25% of the room rate will charged to the credit card on file.
Group Room Rentals:
Guest rooms blocked for a large group will be treated as part of the main event. Your deposit will also cover the room costs and the cancellation policy is the same for regular events.
